These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DigiCOP360 website and software platform, operated by DigiCOP360 ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or subscribing to our software, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Website

You may browse this website and submit enquiries through our contact form for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or submit false or malicious information through our forms.

2. Lawful Use of the DigiCOP360 Software

DigiCOP360 is licensed exclusively for monitoring devices and networks that the Customer owns, controls, or is otherwise legally authorized to monitor — typically company-issued equipment used by its own employees or contractors. Customers are solely responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable labor, privacy, and data-protection laws in the jurisdictions where they operate.
• Providing appropriate notice or consent to employees regarding monitoring, where required by law.
• Ensuring monitoring is proportionate, documented in an internal policy, and limited to legitimate business purposes.

Use of DigiCOP360 to monitor individuals without proper authorization, or in violation of applicable law, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

DigiCOP360 plans are billed per employee/endpoint on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active Customers.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content associated with DigiCOP360 and this website remain the property of DigiCOP360 or its licensors. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software during an active subscription.

5. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiCOP360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or software, including any liability arising from a Customer's unlawful or unauthorized use of the monitoring platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our software for any Customer found to be in breach of these Terms, including unlawful monitoring practices, without prior notice where necessary to prevent harm.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Customers. Continued use of our website or software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
