Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
DigiCOP360 ("we", "our", "us") provides employee activity monitoring software to businesses ("Customers"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and our software, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to visitors of webdazy.com and to the DigiCOP360 platform generally.
1. Information We Collect
When you fill out a contact or demo-request form on this website, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and any message you submit. We may also automatically record your IP address and browser user-agent for spam prevention and security purposes.
When a Customer deploys the DigiCOP360 software on devices they own or control, the software may collect application usage, web browsing activity, keystrokes within monitored applications, periodic screenshots, and file-transfer metadata, strictly on the endpoints the Customer has authorized. DigiCOP360 acts as a data processor for this monitoring data; the Customer that deploys our software is the data controller and is responsible for lawful and transparent use, including informing employees in line with applicable labor and privacy law.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to demo requests and enquiries submitted through our contact form.
- To deliver, maintain, and improve the DigiCOP360 platform for our Customers.
- To send you product updates or marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Store and Protect Data
Contact-form submissions are stored in a dedicated, access-controlled database table on our website's hosting infrastructure and are never sold to third parties. Monitoring data collected through the DigiCOP360 software is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to authorized administrators within the Customer's own organization, plus DigiCOP360 support staff when required for troubleshooting under a support agreement.
4. Cookies
This website may use essential cookies required for core functionality, and may use analytics cookies to help us understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights regarding data submitted through this website, contact us at i@webdazy.com. If you are an employee whose activity is monitored using DigiCOP360, please direct requests to your employer, who controls that data.
6. Data Retention
Contact-form leads are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping, after which they may be archived or deleted. Retention of monitoring data collected via the DigiCOP360 platform is configured by the Customer within their subscribed plan.
7. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party service providers (such as email delivery and hosting providers) to operate this website and deliver our services. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and only process it on our instructions.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
